All students enrolled in Chartered Accountants Ireland Boot Camp are invited to take part in "Be the Boss".

"Be the Boss" is a "real-life" business simulation where you play the role of Chief Executive Officer of a company faced with a major business decision. "Be The Boss" gives students the opportunity to develop their decision-making and leadership skills by getting to grips with real-life business challenges.

There is no right or wrong answer in "Be the Boss". As in real-life business decisions, you have limited information to work with. You will have to do some market research, weigh up the risks and the benefits and then make the best decision you can.

"Be the Boss" 2024 is now open. You can enter as an individual or as a team (of up to four people). Chartered Accountants Ireland will award a top prize of €1,000 for the best overall entry.

The closing date for entries is Friday 22nd March 2024.
