All students enrolled in Chartered Accountants Ireland Boot Camp are invited to take part in our "Be The Boss" Boot Camp Challenge.

The Challenge is a "real-life" business simulation where you play the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a company (Wild Ride) faced with a major business decision. "Be The Boss" gives students the opportunity to develop their decision-making and leadership skills by getting to grips with real-life business challenges. It's highly engaging and it's a lot of fun!

The theme of this year's Challenge is sustainability. Keep in mind, there is no right or wrong answer to the Challenge. Just like in real-life business decisions, you have limited information and limited time. You're going to have to do some research, you're going to have to look at all the pros and the cons, and then, make the best decision you can.

Be the Boss 2023 is now open. You can enter as an individual or as a team (of up to four people). Chartered Accountants Ireland will award a top prize of €1,000 for the best overall entry.
